Great bit of kit. It's great to have 2 NVMe drives. I did think of running it as a software RAID setup, but only afterwards did further reading suggest if you bought both NVMe drives at the same time, they would potentially fail at the same time (my bad!!!). So I'm setting it up to rsync instead to the 2nd drive to prevent overloading it, but still having a backup. In future if there's the right equipment I might try and stick a Coral or Hailo module (if the ever release the 10!) into it as I can just rsync remotely if needed. The kit is solid. I've been happy with previous Pimoroni purchases so am happy to buy again. Only changes I'd potentially make it make the connector ribbon longer, and maybe have it go at a slightly different angle so that you can still access the SD card if you want to. I'd maybe also point out that you can't use the standard RPi5 case with this, but if you use the NVMe case (which I also got!) to read that instruction first, before reading the NVMe Base Duo instruction as there's one step in the Base Duo which is redundant if you have the case. Overall pleased.

The installation went perfectly according to the tutorial. Adata Legend 700 SSDs purchased with NVMe Base Duo have been recognized and are working without problems. Delivery via International Standard in Romania took 14 calendar days.

The base Duo is, in my opinion, a handy little addition to a Pi 5, allowing a SSD solely for the OS, and a seperate for storage. For everyday usage, it allows the Pi to be more responsive than an SD card,

Great little piece of kit, worked exactly as described. It was very easy to set up by following Pimoroni's guide. I'm now booting Raspbian from one of the SSDs connected via this NVMe base. Woohoo!

Fairly east to set up. Nice, fast reliable storage for the pi; be aware you'll want to be sure your SD card is fitted before connecting the unit, as the cable will block access to it otherwise.
