“I was a bit leary of this display since I just purchased it when the E-ink 5.7" Frame came out. I couldn't find any real good coding examples for it either. I mainly wanted the display for displaying pictures of my family. I also wanted to use the buttons to control the pictures. After watching various YouTube videos and searching the internet I found a few lines of code that did the job. I was surprised it only took a few lines of code to display artwork. Very impressed with the quality. Its a bit washed out but not bad.”
“The quality of the images on the display exceeded my expectations. The documentation on the GitHub repos could be expanded a bit to be clearer on the differences between the Inky Dev and Inky Impression displays, but it wasn’t too difficult to take the parts I needed from both repos.”
