“So you have a Raspberry Pico and it has soldered headers which means you can connect things to it, but that means leads flying all over the place and there's a danger of the header touching something it shouldn't and causing a short or something which could damage the Pico or whatever it's connected to.
Now just plug the Pico into the expansion board and Pico daughter boards can then be added or pinned leaded just plugged in and it feels a lot safer and secure.”
“Pretty good. Some ideas for improvements follow.
An updated version would benefit from an integrated reset button. Space is tight on the complementary "pico proto" so would be nice if there was a wider version of the "pico proto" and a dedicated wider "dual expander", you can always add an adapter to your range so that standard sized addons can be plugged in to the wider slots.”
“See Image...
Dual Expander(well made), made it very easy, when adding other units, like the Pimoroni Display.
Handy to use the the pins as well, instead of using a breadboard”
