“There were some initial problems - which the internet showed that other people had had - but the guy at Pimoroni took the machine back and sorted it out for us. A great service.

“everything in a box, you will need about 10 mins to unpack and assemble (maybe a bit longer if you've never done it before), but essentially this is a plug and play kit.
things that were a bit vague (if this is your first attempt to assemble raspberry pi) - check the instructions on the fan shim to see how to attach and as for pibow case, follow the numbers on the case layers and make sure your pi is oriented correctly so you can access the sd card slot.
for those upgrading from pi3 and still using vga screens, get yourself an extra adapter - you need micro hdmi for pi4!
once assembled, it's just plug it in- my little one was on Minecraft in seconds after i relinquished control :D”
