These are so fun to play with for small projects and look GREAT. Crystal clear with very vibrant colors (only 18-bit of course, but still). It can be stacked quite slim with a 3A+ or Zero/2--much slimmer than many pi display options. The only bummer is no brightness support is built in to their driver, only on/off. With a little research and coding, you can PWM the right pin to adjust the brightness yourself, just not quite as 'natively' as the Raspberry Pi display. Lastly, support was extremely responsive and helpful with a hardware issue I had--I can definitely say that Pimoroni stands behind their products and would recommend them to anyone.

I love these displays and have a few of them. They are an absolute work of art. I use them mostly for accessing my DVR so I don't miss any packages being dropped on my doorstep during my endless hours of zoom calls. My other use case is the excellent 'Sonos Album Art on Raspberry Pi Screen' project by Mark Hank. Please see the images attached for that. If you have Sonos its an awesome project and you won't be disappointed. NB: Also, shown in this project 'Raspberry PI 3A' and the 'Pibow 3 A+ Coupé' case.

This is a high quality display presented in a very useful form factor. The supplied drivers work well, including with libraries such as PyGame.

The display reached me quickly and without damage. Good packaging guarantees its safety. I bought the touchpad version and it will be an intimate part of the audioplayer I'm building. Expressive colors with high resolution are enjoyable. I recommend it for various DIY projects.

One of the screw holes for the distance holder wasn't made properly and the holder only could be screwed in with force. Because the instructions where very brief and I have a Pibow case I needed a few tries to figure out how to assemble everything together, because you have to partly dismantle the Pibow to be able to put the screws in that fix the distance holder. The software on the other hand was a breeze to install and worked right out of the box. I have the touch screen, but combined with a Rasperry Pi the standard GUI is so small that its almost unusable with a finger and my fingers are rather small. The resolution seems fixed, at least it can't be changed via preferences. The screen is clear and using it with the Pico8 fantasy cartridge system works great.

Screen is beautiful, arrived flawless and clean. One line installation have been a complete success on pi zero w. Need a way to set brightness. And instructions when using over ssh would be great but it gets to specific usage so can't blame for that. Otherwise TouchPad is super reactive. I'm satisfied.

Encore un magnifique écran tactil bien intégré et tout petit. Il est assez fragile, ne pas trop souvent le debrancher de son pi il faut prévoir une boite en plastique pour l'y encastrer.

Great screen. Only issue is I did not do all my homework. This screen uses all the GPIO pins. It does provide extra pins to use I2C, I guess I’ll hav two learn how to use I2C. Super excited to use this screen. Also bought the non-touch version.
