“This is a good case, but some of the parts are a bit frigile so care just be taken when assembling. Once assembled it looks good and all the ports are easy to get to”
“This was the first time I had used and constructed a Pibow Coupé case - pretty straight forward. I do recommend viewing the video before you start, if you have not previously put one of these cases together. You build the case around the Pi, which is interesting!
The finished case looks great and allows everything to be accessible, whilst offering some physical protection to your lovely Pi 4. Ports are also usefully (but discretely) labelled. The Raspberry Pi 4 Heatsink fits snugly, so you will need to put the pi in the case first, and then carefully line up the heatsink.
Handy and practical for any Pi that you are fiddling with rather than those in completed projects that might require a less open case.”
“Nicely made and looks good when fitted. Each layer is numbered and it goes together very easily. The fan shim fits like a glove. Not a complete enclosure as most of the PCB is still exposed but it does protect the underside and edges.”
“Excellent, good-looking case with plenty ventilation for the new (hotter) Pi and easy assembly. Top piece is very fragile due to thin cutout tolerances, and mine arrived broken, but Pimoroni replaced it very quickly and now I have a perfect case - thankyou!”
