“I had another touch screen that was "ok"... then I got the HyperPixel 4.0. By far the best RPi touchscreen... period! Amazing colors, viewable from any angle, and the touch support is perfect.
Setup was also super easy.”
“This display is excellent. I did have a little trouble to get it working - after running the install script there was nothing on the display. I had previously used a LED on a GPIO pin, and needed to remove that script to make it work (reboot). Also, I use a nice Pi4 case from DFRobot, and the orientation is counter-intuitive using that case. Fortunately I checked where power is (using Ohm meter to check 3v3 location on connector, otherwise I would have fried the display. This also implies that the orientation of the display is 'upside down' - which is not (yet?) reflected in the touch display (so touching sets the cursor at different position) - so for now touch is not working.”

Currently I use the touchscreen on the raspberry pi I have connected to my Ender 3 pro running octoprint and octoscreen.... Best investment so far....”
