“The hardware is perfect, voice detection has been solid and audio quality is fine. I think they look tidy too.
Still some way to go but at this price and being able to upgrade and change without random feature cancellation is great.”
“Much better than I expected and definitely the start of a strong contender for replacing my google home. The built in speaker is a bit lacking so no good for music unfortunately, although you can connect your own. It mostly picks up the wake words, if anything its a bit too sensitive because it'll hear me but also whatever the tv is saying at times. A very strong start though!”
“Great device. Works well up close, and integrates nicely with Home Assistant. Once connected to an AI backend (like OpenAI), it becomes much smarter (just name your devices clearly! ). From a distance, it sometimes mishears commands. A larger version with more mics would be ideal. Still, 5/5 for its core features, excited for future updates!”
