“Not tested under load yet and not checked the waveform but a quick-look-see shows a steady output. It's silent in operation and the output voltage can be adjusted carefully using a cross-head screwdriver.
Input terminals (Vac) have cross head screws but, for some reason, the output terminals have straight-blade terminal screws; Why? There are 4 output terminals. The central two are + and - volts with no barrier between them - it would be easy, even with a meter probe, to short these together. A nice blue LED indicated power-on.”
