“Very disappointing experience this time which is a shame as I have always been very pleased. I ordered 2 £10 gift cards but did not receive the download info for them despite receiving acknowledgement of order. I then had to chase this up twice and when I finally got a response i was told that they had been resent but I still only received one so I had to chase again. I eventually received them both but not in time for Christmas and these were gifts.
