I've put mine inside a Car key fob and run it from the 3v coincell.
Honestly the breakout board is very small.
The ceramic antenna is pretty good for range on the BLE, it seems to use very little power when idle and not a huge amount when advertising making this a perfect little board for a wearable project.”
