“It works well and is better than just a tiny heatsink on each chip. I do with the gap between the contacts was both a bit so that thermal compound could be used instead of a thermal pad. The contacts would be nice to not be anodized.”
“Was a bit sceptic how well heatsink would spread the heat due to the quite big gaps between the chip and heatsink. But seems that the tapes that came along do the heat transfer job more than well. Have not yet reached over 55C temps under load. Price/quality 5/5.”
“Works perfectly with no noisy fan! While it did get pretty warm to the touch on a day where temperatures hit 34 deg. it was still ok to handle comfortably and never got hot enough to cause throttling. Fitting was simple and straightforward.”
