“This little matchbox sized fine particulate sensor just needs to be plugged into the Enviro plus PI hat, and I can monitor my local environment including air pollution, including fine particles, that are caused from combustion - mainly Cars, and Bush fires here in Australia.”
“I haven't had chance to use it much yet but seems to be quite capable. Fitting the cable is very difficult and still feels loose, would recommend some pliers to help push it in at the edges.
Sensor doesn't seem to like to be polled too often, found its best to give it some time.”
“It was easy to set up, and it works very well. I'm unable to compare it to truly get a baseline and accuracy gauge, but it does seem to be giving reasonable numbers and show what's going on fairly clearly. The counts for the different particle sizes are impressive.”
