“This thing is smaller than it looks in the pictures! Runs practically silently, can't hear the tiny fan in it at all. Cool little box for a super cool little board. Provides some very interesting data to work with. I'm currently using it indoors to monitor pollen and dust particle levels but may move it outdoors in the future to contribute to air quality maps.”
“Purchased this to go with my Enviro plus board, as it wasn’t in stock at the time, now mounded outside as per project idea on site, excellent support and Python code examples. Learning a lot and having fun what’s not to like. Looks and feels a quality product”
“I found it a bit tricky to connect the cable to the sensor: the socket was a bit mooshy, without a nice, positive click when the cable was all the way in as there was on the Pi end, but it all works fine.”
“The particulate matter sensor from Pimoroni was purchased as a gift. My hubby loves it, I have hardly seen or spoken to him since he unboxed it. It works perfectly with his Raspberry Pi and has been giving interesting and unexpected readings since installation. It is so sensitive that it picks up particles when he sits down at his desk! What that says about my housekeeping I'm not sure. It is a wonderful thing. I'm sure that I will be requested to return to Pimoroni for more goodies. If you need a brilliant gift for a techie who loves to build their own, have a good look around the Pimoroni store. Extremely highly recommended.”
“I am very pleased with your fast shipping service! My order took only 4 days to come to Quebec, Canada! I am looking forward to building my project with Pico Enviro+ to monitor air quality. Thank you and best wishes!”
“I bought this one as a replacement for a unit that suddenly failed (hence 4 stars). I use it in an air quality monitoring system with an enviroplus and pi zero, and it's connected to Luftdaten. Nice compact piece of kit.”
