The Dimensional Landings from the datasheet is bit tight, but that only makes the encoder fit on PCB better. It works fine otherwise and with little to no jitter on the encoder pins if filtered as per the datasheet.

Doesn't come with a cap so you need to order that separetly. Contacts are small and flimsey, don't fit into a breadboard and will easily bend, therefore haven't tested it yet because I think I will need to solder wires directly onto it.

The rotary encoder does a poor job of reading the values correctly. There are a lot of inconsistencies during the readings. The rgb mode works great tho.

Pretty nice to have RGB at a rotary encoder, perfect for my RGB light controller.

Brilliant little encoder and very veritile. I almost look for excuses to add these to my projects now. If you want a pinout / Pico tutorial I wrote one here in CircuitPython: https://qbalsdon.github.io/circuitpython/rotary-encoder/python/led/2021/02/27/rgb-rotary-encoder.html
