“At the time of purchase (I haven't checked since), it wasn't clear that the cameras do not come with a power supply. You will need a 5V 2A PSU with a USB A socket. Also, the USB-A cable is captive - so if you install outside you'll need to cut the cable and say goodbye to the warranty or drill a 1" hole in the wall. Overall, disappointed. Camera itself is OK.”

“Great little camera for the price. I flashed mine with Thingino to cusomize things a bit. Great integration to things like home assistant or if you want to upload motion videos/images to either external provider or locally hosted solutions. The nightvision is pretty good. I do find the Thingino motion detection options a bit limited but no fault of the camera off course. Only wifi 4 but I guess with only 5v power it will be a bit limiting.”
“Nice price, works without an app*, works well with Home Assistant with the rtsp-protocol: Add Generic Camera, the rtsp-stream and presto.
Can even have several cameras going on a screen just with a rtsp-viewer - without app, HA etc.
The same goes with the Sonoff S2, but that's indoor only.
*You need the Ew-link app to enable rtsp first time.”
