I wanted longer life for our MagTag's between recharge events. So am using these variants and a custom case 3D printed case.
This item is the type of battery recomended by Adafruit i.e. a PKCELL LiPo
Tests confirmed the anticipated extended device powered time was achieved. The increase being inline with the increased capacity of the battery. In my case from around 7, to over 28 days of custom MagTag application use.
The devices come individually boxed in small cardboard boxes. The battery is within a small plastic bag in the cardboard box. The outer carton which contained 4 batteries, was very well packed. Shipping was by specialist carrier, as you would expect with a LiPo battery.”
