“Excellent case, well made, fits the Pi 5 like a glove, easy to assemble, allows DuPont wire connectors inside the case with the lid on, and lets you run GPIO wires neatly out the vent holes. The power button is surprisingly useful. Given the Pi 5's tendency to run warm to hot, and to self-throttle under moderate load even with a heat sink, a case like the Neo 5 is a necessity. And this is a really good one. I recommend that if you're buying a Pi 5, just buy this case at the same time. Nits: the included instructions are a joke, but you don't really need them. The three parts fit together logically. The only non-obvious step to me was where to place the second thermal pad. One pad goes on the CPU, though it is not cut to perfectly fit the CPU. The other goes on a smaller chip, and is oversized for it. The instructions for routing the fan wires are confusing. But you don't actually have to route the wires at all, just plug the wires into the fan port on the Pi, done. This is probably better if you use GPIO pins since you can keep the fan wires away from your GPIO pins and signals. Other than that, great case, highly recommended.”
“Absoulutely awesome service!!!! Can't fault them, and if I could give 10 stars, I would. Brilliant case for the 5, best available today. Thank you Pims xxx”
“Nice, practical and efficient at cooling, this little case protects well (with metal covering the top of the Pi) and looks incredible when opened up (if you use you Pi intensively, exposing the top fan). I love it.”
“Fantastic case. Exactly as described. I have no issues with it at all and will end up getting the new one that allows for a m.2 drive when it's made available :)”
