Seamless integration and very fast compared to the usual SD card setup.
One mention worthy of note is that I found it easier to put the M2 drive in a small external case I have and connect it to the pc to load the Raspbian OS. Saves all the fiddling about with the sd card and transitioning over, but obviously, only handy if you have such a thing to hand.
