“This adapter is totally useless if you try to have two screens, as it is really thick, you can only have one, it didn't say on the page, so I ended ordering thinner ones on Amazon, and wasting extra money on these, do not buy them.”

“The adapter does not fit beside the power plug into hdmi socket. The other hdmi does not show up in the settings and there is nothing on the monitor showing once the raspbian has started, so I can not use the other port. I contacted support - no reply. I do not understand why such an adapter is sold for the raspberry pi. Why not offer a short adapter cable to make sure it will fit not matter what?”
“When I first pulled the connector out of my new Pi4 it left the metal covering inside the pi's hdmi connector. I think it'd just not been pushed into the rubber/plastic housing far enough as I pulled it out of the pi with a pear of pliers, and pushed it back in and it made a 'click'. It's been fine since then.”
