“OK, so everyone looking for a WORKING solution: get this now! I struggled for days with a JMicron controller, tried USB-quirks changed disks, everything from the most hidden forums of the net without success just seeing my hair getting grey in hours. I'm happy with this thing for more than two weeks without any errors. Stable and fast on a USB3 port. Strongly recommended if you'd like to use your Raspberry Pi4 hassle-free with an SSD disk.”

“Prompt shipping and a great value! I am using this adapter to build a Raspberry Pi-based NAS drive in a bricked "My Book" enclosure. I have tested it with several SATA drives, including the obsolete 1 TB 5.25" drive from the bricked enclosure. All worked without issue.”
