Produit livré rapidement, proprement et d'apparence de bonne qualité. Pas encore testé. Prévu pour une Centrale de navigation sur un voilier de croisière hauturière.

The breakout itself is well built, nothing to criticise here. But the sensor itself is a very complicated beast. For temperature, pressure and humidity there are cheaper alternatives with the same precision. The gas-readout just gives a resistance value which itself highly depends on input parameters. You can use close-source software to get a air quality rating, but the algorithm is not documented. Interessting for doing some research and experiments, but not for simple daily use.

Didn't read the product description and sensor datasheet too carefully... gas measurement is not quite as easy to use / stable as the other measurements. Temperature measurement has positive bias due to sensor self-heating. Pressure and humidity measurements work quite nicely.

Easy to implement using the adafruit library (C++ and MicroPython). And it's compatible with codes written for the BME680.
