“It was not clear to me that this was just an interface board to solder together without a real connection to the LED matrix yet. OK, my mistake, but please make it clearer for others.
Sending it back is probably more expensive than it is worth, so I have no issue living with my mistake.
In contrast, all of the other 3 products I had ordered are great”
