“I'd previously used a cheap Far-Eastern clone in my fibreoptic Christmas tree upgrade (https://www.instructables.com/id/Fibreoptic-Christmas-Tree-Upgrade/) but when I got it out of the loft this year it appeared that the 2nd pixel had died, preventing all subsequent ones from working. So I had to shell out for the Genuine Article!
