“1st pair were too small, if you order these order a size bigger than your normal UK size. Boots look and feel good, no problems with quick exchange, but I had to pay for the return. Not my fault the boots are a smaller size than stated, I am the same size in every other shoe/slipper/trainer/boot I own, but these are small which I couldn't expect. Exchange speed was good, however, and 2nd pair (A full size larger) fit perfectly. Just a shame about the return cost, that is something I will consider on my next purchase and I will probably look for a vendor who offers free returns, but overall good service.”
