“TIP: Buy on Amazon. You get better Customer Service. Purchased a 34B & returned as band was too small. I measured myself using their sizing, confidently re-ordered 36B. Removed tags and tried in gym, movement in cup was incredibly different, even though cup size still B Asked for refund as sizing off. Denied. Shock Absorber asked for photos & replied ”…..we would say you are in between a C/D cup." I disagreed. How could I be given cup movement? More photos of me wearing the bra were requested, followed by “You could try going down a cup size however it may just be that this style of bra is not suitable”. Inconsistent customer support coupled with inconsistent sizing. Difficult, negative and unsatisfactory user-experience with no exchange.”
