Sizing Tip: This style can come up small. We find it best to try a band size up from your normal size. This means if you normally wear a 34D, we recommend trying a 36D.

What Size did you buy, and for what activity? Bought 34D, already own several of this model in 32D and they're my go to running bra (I run 5 X a week up to marathon distance). I already have several in 32D and they're a snug and supportive fit. Useful to have a slightly bigger one for monthly fluctuations in breast size. Worn on the tightest settings it works for me, however I don't think the advice to size up an entire back size and keep cup size the same is quite right. A 34C would have been a better fit (I'm usually a 32D).

“Been wearing this style for years for running. They offer rock solid support for all distances - I'm a 32D and 5ft 6. I wouldn't wear alone as a "crop top" - it looks like a bra and doesn't have huge coverage, but that's personal comfort level. I find the best way to put on due to the two sets of back hooks, is to put on around the waist inside out, do up the top hook and then twizzle around and do up the bottom hook. Not suitable for anyone with restricted shoulder mobility. The cut is great for me. Holds everything close, straps can be adjusted - might not be suitable for anyone very tall as they don't lengthen that much. Cut relatively high so no cleavage. I keep mine for years and wash frequently. Eventually I notice that I start to get chafing, which is a sign that I need to replace. Or the hooks go.”
