“I cant open the bottle so its unusable. Ive told them and they said could I send it back but thats difficult for me to do . So im lumbered with an usable bottle very disappointed”

“I love this bottle! I have tried loads but this one is 100% the best. I've actually convinced myself that I need another one in a different colour but I really don't! Then I came up with an idea. I need a smaller cup for hot drinks when I am out in the car. Problem solved!”
