“I tried my new coffee mug. Couldn’t use in my bag it would go everywhere from the hole and lid not secure also burnt skin off my lip the metal ring got so hot around mouth and coffee was kept hot can’t complain about that as that’s the iintebded purpose but no skin left on lips”

“Didn't keep the coffee hot for as long as I would have liked and I found the lid difficult to drink from. Love the design but prefer the Calix for both hot and cold drinks”

“Wanted to return as splashes/leaks when simply walking or it’s in car. Appreciate not leak proof but is splash proof….no it’s not!! Was asked to basically prove it as was told to video it!! Got enough to deal with after recently losing my dad so NO I won’t be proving myself to you. Cup is in the bin!!”
