“I have spent literally months trying to find the perfect travel coffee/beverage mug and for me this was it. I am so glad I found SHO & their Pacto. This is such a tactile mug, curved to fit in your hands as you cradle your beloved beverage. It retains heat so well I nearly scalded myself at the first sip (don't worry no lawsuits here just one happy customer).
I was really attracted by the clean and simple design and the promise of a product lifetime guarantee, which now I have it in hand is built so substantially I am sure I will not need to use. Although they had many colours I opted for the stainless steel and am gratified that the logo is a soft etching making the Pacto very sophisticated and elegant, a style that will survive trends and changing moods. The personalisation was fantastic and of equal quality.
Overall I am incredibly happy with my purchase and it makes me smile whenever I hold it, the company have maintained their principles with a completely zero waste delivery and I have already received compliments for it!”

“Great colour (yellow) makes me happy every time I use it! Brilliant cup - keeps my coffee hot in the morning. I like the see-through lid - I am not surprised by the hot drink when it gets to me! I may be a little too excited about using it in the summer for wine...I mean fruit juice”
