“Love my Pactos, got two already and have another 2 and my first Flexi coming in November. Pacto works great to keep my coffee warm when I am out for a walk with the dog, it fits ok in the car, and when I work at my desk (at home and the office), it's perfect size, and light too. Colours are amazing. I really like the lid, coffee isn't piping hot and even if i tilt it it won't spill in the car.”

“I bought the SHO Pacto in stainless steel after my husband’s rave reviews of his SHO products. The cup is packaged beautifully and delivery was quick. The cup itself is lovely looking and feels a nice quality. It is not a good cup however. The stainless steel one dribbles from the lid as you drink from it. You have to drink very carefully-not ideal for a travel mug. My husband has the green one and his is perfect. I’m not sure whether mine has a defect or if it is an issue with the stainless steel one. My advice is to avoid the stainless steel one and go for a coloured one instead….unless you like dribbling your tea down your shirt.”
