“I bought the SHO Pacto in stainless steel after my husband’s rave reviews of his SHO products. The cup is packaged beautifully and delivery was quick. The cup itself is lovely looking and feels a nice quality. It is not a good cup however. The stainless steel one dribbles from the lid as you drink from it. You have to drink very carefully-not ideal for a travel mug. My husband has the green one and his is perfect. I’m not sure whether mine has a defect or if it is an issue with the stainless steel one. My advice is to avoid the stainless steel one and go for a coloured one instead….unless you like dribbling your tea down your shirt.”

“Nice size and colour. Shape makes it difficult to grip. Lid better than the big cup version but still not close able.”

“I bought this for work as I was tired of having a cold drink of tea....I have been pleasantly surprised by how long my tea stays hot...its the small things in life that make us happy...and this pacto makes me very happy...so much so that I have bought another one for me and one for fiance....”

“Really lovely, holds heat but top has no cover for the hole and therefore is not suitable for transport as would leak everywhere”
