“Best products about, colour is fabulous. I'd say the best prices about too. Hight quality. Never had any issues, so I've never had to get in touch with customer service. Buy buy buy, you won't regret it.”

“Keeps drinks hot as promised. Would have given 5 stars if they made a leak-proof lid to use this for travelling. Also worth noting the base of this is too wide for a car cup holder.”

“Perfect little mug for my hot drinks and even for my chilled drinks. Exceptionally high quality product. I have many different SHO items and they are head and shoulders above other insulated flasks and mugs we have. I take my SHO pacto to work as well and everyone eyes it up! So nice to have a hot drink to return to after being distracted 5*****”
