“Disappointed! I bought 2 coffee cups as they look great but I've been let down on functionality. Both leaked when standing upright in a bag and definitely don't stay hot for 4 hours. I make coffee at home and drink it a couple of hours later and it's lukewarm. Unfortunately they don't live up to my expectation.”

Hi Emma, Thanks for your review and for your feedback! I'm sorry to hear that the Pacto wasn't what you were expecting. Unfortunately, it is only splashproof rather than leakproof so we do advise that it's kept upright at all times to avoid any leakages. Splashproof means that it will slow down any spillages but it will still leak if it's tipped up. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. However, they should be keeping your drinks hot for up to 4 hours. “A little dissapointed with the Pacto cups. Beautiful colour but the claim of keeping drinks hot for 4 hours is a little misleading. They do keep drinks hot for 4 hours only if you fill it to its fullest and do not touch it again for 4 hours. If you open and close the slider lid to take a sip it soon gets cool and is very lukewarm after 2 hours. I bought for use at my desk so its not a big issue but one you should be aware of. Also when you are half way down the drink, the liquid doesn't flow easily thru the hole in the lid. To finish drinking the drink I have had to remove the lid.”

“Rounded base means it doesn’t balance well and its dimensions mean it won’t fit into a holder anywhere.”
