“Love the new design / patterns available. Still disappointed with the lid on the Pacto as the liquid spills out due to the design. I mentioned this over a year ago and SHO replied they were in the process of redesigning the lid, not sure why it’s taking so long?”

“Lovely cup that keeps my tea nice and hot. It’s just a shame the lid doesn’t have a plug for the drinking hole. It doesn’t fit in my car cup holder and as a result my car and bag got soaked while I was driving.”

“I absolutely love!!!!! My Pacto. It is fab!!! It keeps my drink hot for hours so I can enjoy my cuppa without it going cold. In the hot weather it keeps my drink lovely and cool. It’s a genius design. My only negatives is that I wish the opening was an open and shut one and that it was not as wide as it doesn’t fit in my car holder. But don’t let those things stop you from buying one because I love it !!!!!”
