“I love Sho bottles but wasn’t so impressed with the Pacto sadly. It looks good but I find it doesn’t keep hot drinks warm for much longer than a normal cup of tea due to the fact the lid has a sip hole in it and the heat just comes straight out. It’s also difficult to drink from/control the flow of liquid and yesterday really burnt my lip. I perhaps should have got the leak proof coffee mug instead. Probably won’t use it now. Keep up the good work Sho, but these little things need to be scrutinised before release.”
“As a Nurse I wanted a small cup to use for work. The cup is lovely and I like the colour. However I am unable to use it as the lid does not close so it spills everywhere. This has resulted in me buying a budget one so I can have something to use at work.”
