“Sadly very disappointed with this bottle. The lid is made of so many different parts it constantly comes loose and leaks and does not work. This means repeatedly having to take it apart in awkward locations, getting wet trying to get the parts exactly right so it works again, and even if you succeed (after repeatedly putting all the parts as tightly together as possible then seeing if it works or not when you take a sip), it will only lasts a short while, unless you don’t move the bottle at all, which makes it useless. When the parts are coming loose if you forget to check and just take a sip (as you should be able to with a water bottle!), either you will get no water or the water will squirt up out of the bottle wetting you. I loved the size and colour of the bottle, but due to the shape and there being no grip anywhere during one of the times I was trying to stop the bottle leaking whilst walking to work it slid out of my hand as I was trying to push the straw tighter and because it made my hands wet the bottle slid out of my hand and ended up badly dented. Also, the rubber ring fell off after a couple of days and it’s impossible to put back on properly. It constantly comes off now (after just a couple of weeks of having the bottle) so have given up on it. I fully regret this purchase. I contacted the company on day three about the lid issues and was advised to ensure it was put together properly. A waste of my money and unexpectedly a huge waste of my time! A water bottle should not be this much work just to fill it and take a sip.”

“I ordered this bottle because I wanted one that I could easily clean all small parts, covert between free flow and straw easily, no leaks, manage fuzzy drinks, metal and sturdy. This ticked all the boxes and I'm very happy with purchase.”

“I've always been a loyal Sho customer , but in January 2025 I gave in to the hype and bought a Stanley bottle for my daughter to use at school . Unfortunately, the lid completely broke — and since they don't sell replacement parts, the whole bottle is now useless . I recently came across the Sho Newt bottle and bought the mint colour for my daughter . She absolutely loves it — it's stylish, incredibly well made, and practical for daily use . One of the best things about Sho is that they sell all the accessories , so if anything breaks, I can easily buy replacement parts (like a car!) . It’s affordable and sustainable ✅. I'll definitely be sticking with Sho from now on ️. P.S. I’ve got my eye on a Newt bottle for myself — the only dilemma is choosing the colour!”

“Brilliant bottle! Keeps water cool for ages, robust, great colour choices. Using the straw lid, I've definitely increased my water intake. Like that it totally comes apart and can get replacements - would be great if you could just get the straw mouthpiece individually instead of the whole thing.”
