“Not great, as flow is very slow. Hoping new valve will resolve the issue. Waiting patiently for the new value to arrive (slightly frustrated that still waiting for this to arrive a week on from contact with customer service). Love the design, so hoping will be resolved very soon”

“I had received a faulty bottle. Not fit for purpose. Customer service is terrible and no resolution offered!! What a waste of nearly £30!! Sho are unfortunately going downhill with their quality and their price, along with poor customer service. Sadly, I will be taking my custom elsewhere after these negative experiences.”
