“Poor design. I bought one for my mum and one for my dad. I’m disappointed with the design of the lid. When they arrived, I opened them to check if they were ok and I saw that the lid is permanently open which I found disappointing as it looked like the lid closed on the photos. Also, the delivery took a lot time, much longer than my previous order.”
