“Yes it keeps the food warm-ish. All the food I've put into it had been freshly cooked, so it was hot. I didn't expect it to be as hot from 7am to 1pm but it was barely warm. Not very keen on the spork it has become loose in the joints. Otherwise the flask did the job of carrying the food. Love the colour, and the size is good for me as well.”

“I did first find it difficult to open the separate compartment so went back to the video to see how it was done. Just turn it clockwise & pull upwards. I think this should be made more clearer to buyers as I thought there was no extra compartment there at first.”
