“Lovely looking product which does what it says. We use it for my child’s school lunch and for tea when we’re out on walks. Stays hot.”

“a bit of disappointment to the food flask upon receiving i tried to open the condiment container and put water hoping it would be tight seal too as i was thinking of putting sauce to it and could see it wasn’t emailed customer service but they considered that as a washed item even though that was the only thing i done. in that respect i don’t think it was a good customer service”
