“The flask itself is very good and keeps food hot, however after three uses the fork is useless. It does stay in place and swings about.”

“The flask only works if filled absolutely to the brim with fluid. If it's only half full then it is luke warm after 4 hours. Customer Services advise that is correct and is how it is expected to perform. I wish I had bought a cheaper brand.”
