“Lovely looking product, but it doesn’t keep food hot. We prepped it with boiling water, then added boiling soup, but by lunch time (only several hours later) it was only tepid.”

“Sadly it doesn't keep food that hot, piping hot porridge after 1 hour in the food Flask is tepid. To say it's supposed to keep food hot for 10 hours is a big stretch. Disappointed”
