“Love it! I heat the soup every morning for work, make sure the flash is warmed first, then heat the soup to boiling temperature. Fill my flash immediately, release the vacuum that naturally occurs and put it away until lunchtime, usually 5 hours later. When I go to have it, it's still warmer than warm and perfectly ok to enjoy. Glad I have it or I would not have time to have something nutritious at lunch”
