“This flask failed to keep food hot for even two hours, despite being marketed as suitable for long heat retention. As a result, it’s not fit for purpose. Customer service was worse than the product. Instead of offering a refund, they tried to blame me for “not following instructions,” which I absolutely did. This feels like an excuse to avoid honouring basic consumer rights. I’m now taking the issue to Trading Standards. Save your money and avoid this company.”
