“Lovely looking item but doesn't keep my food hot. Its more like it keeps it luke warm which isn't good enough”

“Worked really well, I heated my lunch in the morning and put it in, 5 hours later it was a nice eating temperature. Handy carry strap too which I hadn't noticed when ordering but it feels sturdy and is helpful when carrying lots of stuff into the office. I'm intended to buy two more for my kids to take hot lunches to school.”
