“Absolutely love this! My son takes this to school for lunches & can easily use it by himself easily. The size is just perfect, & keeps food warm for some time, I would highly recommend.”

“Generally I love my sho bottles but my latest purchase of a food flask was very disappointing. The seal fell out and the food doesn’t stay hot enough.”

As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours.
