“Generally I love my sho bottles but my latest purchase of a food flask was very disappointing. The seal fell out and the food doesn’t stay hot enough.”

Hi Suzanne, I'm really sorry to hear this. As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours. “This review is based on one use only but it did everything it said on the box,looks great as well, just follow the instructions/online tips.”

“Not impressed they are smaller than they look don’t really hold much, but they did keep my drink cold for a few hours I’ve stayed frozen”
