“Having ruptured my knee ligaments in a ski injury, I have found the SHO Food Flask incredible. Anyone who has had to use two crutches will know that carrying anything open is impossible. My Food Flask has given me back my independence when it comes to lunch and dinner as I'm able to fill the flask with food, carry the handle underneath my crutches, and hop to the table to eat. I've tried it multiple times with soup and found it has stayed at a desirable heat for hours, and have filled it with ice cream on one occasion successfully. I ordered the 600ml flask in light blue which is a great size, and I love the colour. It's easy to wash, and a nice weight to carry and would fit easily in any bag. The lid is very secure, and it's great that it comes with a little dish to pour out food if you don't want to eat everything at once. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family, and look forward to getting back to work to use my flask for lunches.”

“I have only had the flask for a short time and have not tested it with hit food as yet. However, I am confident that it will be just as efficient as you water bottles. I love how well it is made and how good it looks.”

“Not had chance to use yet but handy size and nice colour. Like how my lunch will be hidden inside unlike transparent containers you can get, just seems nicer that way.”

“Absolutely fab product, nice good size and perfect for keeping soup warm til lunchtime. Would highly recommend, great colour, I bought blue which is perfect for both me or my husband. Will be getting a water bottle next to compliment!!”
