“a bit of disappointment to the food flask upon receiving i tried to open the condiment container and put water hoping it would be tight seal too as i was thinking of putting sauce to it and could see it wasn’t emailed customer service but they considered that as a washed item even though that was the only thing i done. in that respect i don’t think it was a good customer service”

“They are well designed, very well made and they do their job perfectly. My soup was kept hot for hours. Very happy and would recommend this product.”
